No. I connect the systems you already have. Your team keeps using Nourish, Birdie, or whichever care platform you're on. Your accountant keeps using Sage, Xero, or QuickBooks. I build the bridge between the two so the numbers reconcile automatically.

Will AI replace my staff?

No. The same staff, doing the same jobs, started fixing problems because the problems became visible. AI surfaces the data — your team acts on it. The only thing that changed was visibility.

Is my data safe?

Your data stays in your existing systems. The reconciliation pipeline reads from them — it doesn't store care records. My background is in public-sector finance and data governance, where data handling is non-negotiable. Full processor terms are part of every client agreement.
